Charlotte has worked as a teacher, academic head and education consultant, supporting schools and communities in improving teaching, learning and management practices. Professional experience includes teacher training, project management for educational initiatives in the private sector, part-time moderation and assessment at the tertiary level, and extensive community engagement. He is a PMP-certified project manager and has presented numerous ECSA and SACPCMP-accredited courses in areas such as Microsoft Project, risk management, Quality management, Agile methodologies, quality management, and project leadership.
Dave has worked extensively as a project and programme manager, consultant, and trainer both locally and internationally. His practical industry knowledge, combined with his engaging training style, enables students to gain valuable real-world insights into project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Johan Bosman is an experienced international trainer, mediator and business consultant with extensive executive and leadership experience across Africa. He holds qualifications in both Law and Financial Management and has served in senior leadership positions, including as a Lieutenant Colonel in the South African Police and later as CEO of organisations operating in South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania and Nigeria.
Drawing on decades of practical management experience, Johan delivers highly engaging and application-focused training that equips professionals with skills they can immediately apply in the workplace. His areas of expertise include advanced Excel, financial management, applied law, engineering contracts, communication skills and leadership development.

Biography
François Theron is an Electrical Engineer with experience in data analysis, GIS, business analysis, and training. He is an advanced user of Microsoft Excel and has developed Excel macros and tools for engineering projects. Throughout his career, he has presented Excel, Access, and Word training to clients and colleagues and has facilitated Microsoft Office training for organisations, including Eskom, Ford Motor Company, Steinmuller, and PEC Metering.
He also lectured a postgraduate GIS module at the University of Pretoria and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education to further develop his training and communication skills.
