Coaching Skills for High-Performing Leaders
Coaching Skills for High-Performing Leaders
Today’s leaders are expected to develop people, foster accountability, navigate complexity, sustain team performance and create environments where individuals and teams can thrive. Technical expertise alone is no longer enough. High-performing leaders must be able to understand themselves, influence others, build strong teams, create accountability and sustain performance over time.
Coaching Skills for High-Performing Leaders is a practical leadership development programme designed to equip managers and leaders with the mindset, skills and tools required to lead effectively in modern organisations. Grounded in neuroscience, coaching principles and leadership best practices, the programme explores how leaders can improve their own effectiveness, develop the performance of others, strengthen communication, build cohesive teams and implement meaningful performance management systems.
Through a combination of self-reflection, practical application, coaching practice, peer learning and workplace implementation activities, participants will develop the confidence and capability to lead people more effectively, create greater accountability and cultivate sustainable high performance within their teams and organisations.

About this course
This programme is highly practical and application-focused. Participants will be expected to reflect on their experiences, share feedback with their peers and discuss successes, challenges and lessons learned during subsequent sessions, creating a continuous cycle of learning, application and improvement.
The programme incorporates a variety of interactive learning methods, including role-plays, case studies, coaching practice sessions, group discussions and collaborative team activities. Participants will work together to design practical systems, frameworks and solutions that can be adapted to their own organisations. By the end of the programme, delegates will not only have developed new leadership and coaching skills, but will also leave with a practical High-Performance Leadership Action Plan containing clear strategies, tools and implementation steps that can be immediately applied in the workplace to improve leadership effectiveness, team performance and organisational results.
